This hotel had nice, spacious, clean rooms. Wonderful restaurant on site with many meal choices. Most of the staff spoke good English. Nice walking path outside along the water. Easy proximity to Emsburen.

Good big rooms, excellent breakfast. WiFi perhaps can do with some tweaking, but who cares when they are on holiday. Food was excellent while we were there. Our meeting room was good. Professional crew.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms literally at the end of the road so there is no through traffic and very quiet. The hotel is next to a dam with a waterfall in the river Ems The hotel has a wellness area in the basement and a large restaurant with outdoor seating too Nearby is a large camping and in front of the hotel is an e-bike charging station The breakfast buffet was nice

I'm visiting Lingen every year in march and last 5 years I'm using the Hotel am Wasserfall. A very nice hotel on a very special place. The Wehr (waterfall) is making some noise, but it is a nice noice of falling water. There is a lot of nature around and you can make very nice, long and interesting walks through the neighborhood. The hotel has a brand new breakfast room, very nice, clean and modern. The rooms are okay, my were everytime clean, tidy and fully equipped.
